In an early episode of Derry Girls, she mentioned that she specifically became a nun to avail of the free accommodation.

It doesn’t take too long when watching Derry Girls to realise that Sister Michael is not hugely enthusiastic about her job.

This can be gauged from her expressions and the numerous things she says during the show.

In particular, when she mentions how stressful exams can be, she finishes her sentence by saying, don’t come crying to me.

If you are not exactly jumping out of your seat about your job, this is another thing you have in common with Sister Michael.

    4. She is Catholic – do you share these beliefs?

While they were trying to glue it back together, they were making some noise. Sister Michael busted through the doors in her judo suit and in a fighting pose.

This was definitely a hilarious moment in the series as she said, “I thought we had an intruder, and he would’ve been a sorry boy, I just nailed some serious moves.”
